Tidbits...

So I get this in the mail yesterday, it's the report from my MRI:

Findings:
At L4-L5, there is a loss of T2 disc signal due to degenerative disc disease. There is mild posterior disc bulging at L4-L5 which exerts mild mass effect on the ventral thecal sac. There is a small enhancing tear at the posterior margin of the L4-L5 disc.

There is mild hypertrophic osteoarthritis of the L5-S1 facet joints.

Don't you think they could explain it in people terms? All I get from it is that my L4-L5 area is pretty messed up and obviously the cause of my pain. What cracks me up is the word MILD. I cannot even imagine what the pain would be like if it were severe because I am in so much pain it's ridiculous.

I go see a surgeon on the 11th of March.

I also fell down the stairs yesterday. You cannot wear NEW SOCKS on our steps. The carpet is very worn and it's like a skating rink in new socks. Not thinking I went down with my new socks on and fell. Landed on my butt/back and cried while my kids stood there screaming. One yelling call 911, one yelling call DADDY and one yelling mommy don't cry are you all right? Mommy!! Mommmy!!!. Yeah, Not a good way to start the day. I laugh when I think of it now. Those poor kids.

Brenden informed me he wants to transfer to Bridgewater state to wrestle and go to school. I am happy for him. Sad for me. He will have to live there. I can't imagine him not being in my every day life. I think he finally realizes that not attending college directly out of high school was a mistake. We are in the 3 steps forward phase this week! ;) Let's hope it keeps going foward. I hate going backwards.


My store BLOG is up and running. I have "officially" opened it up for orders. I don't know how I will manage to sit and do them but we will figure it out. If anyone has any old Kitchen counters/cabinets you are willing to part with for little to no money please let me know. I need to make my work station higher with a stool so I can stand and work. It's much eaiser on the back.

Well, thats about all. It's a lazy Saturday. The boys are at a friends house and I am playing hide and go seek with Faith and her friend. I hide a ball and they have to seek. I keeps them busy!!! :)
