Help me diagnose my child....please!!!!

So Brycen woke up this morning and parked it on the couch. He hasn't moved all day....except to take a shower and go to the Dr. He got that stomach flu as I stated in an earlier post. He was still sick as of yesterday and didn't do anything but lay on the couch.

Today has been much of the same. I am worried. He hasn't even played a video game in 2 days....so not like Brycen.

I came down at 9:00 this morning and he looked different. His face looked puffy. I had him sit up and look at me he looked different but I couldn't figure it out. Throughout the day he looked different.

Then around 1:00 I walked in to show him the turkey Faith and I made with fruit and his whole right side of his face was blown up like a balloon. Now I understood why he looked different earlier. He was swelling. HIs right eye is so swollen as is the other eye but not as bad.

I called Ray and the Dr.. Ray came home and brought him in. She said "he is reacting to something" but she doesn't know what.

If it was a food allergy it would have disappeared by now. We have given him an adult strength dose of benedryl. His face is still swollen....but he does look better.

He is now getting shooting pains in his head. I have given him motrin.

What the hell is wrong with my child? UGH! He's not himself. I am so worried. He has hardly eaten all week. The Dr. said he looks fine except for the swelling. He's not dehydrated, his ears, chest etc are all clear.

I have EPI pens on hand if necessary but really would you want to go to sleep if something is making your child blow up like a balloon?

I checked him for spider bites. He doesn't have any markings. I am baffled.
