and so it begins.....

Technically, I am not supposed to do Christmas things until after Brycen's birthday which is November 26th. Well this year it's going to be different. I am doing craft fairs again this season. It's a good way for me to make Christmas money and to ease the guilt of some of that old scrapbooking stuff collecting dust. Unfortunately, it's also the time where I find all these new wonderful ideas and I have to go buy the supplies to make them. It's really a win/lose kind of thing but it makes me happy and hopefully this year I will make back all the money like I did last year and we will go back to win/win ;).

This is my favorite of this year. I have this one completed but it's sister....oh she's pretty...all blue and white with snowflakes. I am hoping to finish it tonight so that I can post it tomorrow. I am thinking of selling them for $32. What do you think?

I also have some really cool stars that will be made with the same paper. I bought the die for my Big shot today. I am really excited to get this stuff going. If you know anyone who wants to order one let me know! :) :) :).

Brycen has his first practice for winter basketball today. He's really excited. The boys and I are reading Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. We are near the end and it's killing me to not read ahead. I am so exicted to finish this book so we can go in search of #4. I think I might buy 5 for B's birthday and 6 and 7 for the boys for Christmas. I can't believe I waited this long to read these books. They are just amazing!!!!! While I missed all the HP hype and am so glad that I can experience the whole thing with the boys. They are just begging me to read to them. We read for almost 2 hours a night. My throat gets so sore. Each character has to have it's own voice. I don't know how people do this for a living. I have learned to keep cough drops in my mouth while I read so that it coats it as we go. Ah....they are so worth it though.

Faith had another bad afternoon yesterday but we had a really good night. I think she is off from Daylight Savings. I hadn't even thought of that before. We are working on an earlier bedtime to help. She doesn't quite understand why she has to go down at 7:30 when the boys don't go down until 8:30-9:00 but regardless of whether she understands it's just how it has to be. I am making sure she gets more mommy time before bed and the past 2 nights she has gone down without a fight. I think she is just exhausted.

Ok, I have to pick them up from school. Have a wonderful day. I am! I am really happy today! :)
